GENEVIEVE ROCKETT, PT, RYT, NBC-HWC
Genevieve is a Physical Therapist, Falls Prevention Specialist, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, RYT200, and Certified Yoga vs. Osteoporosis Teacher. She co-founded iPIVOT-now to empower people to take charge of their health and well-being, specifically their bone health. With over 2 decades of working with clients, Genevieve specializes in alignment, posture, body mechanics, and teaching Yoga vs Osteoporosis. She is an avid tennis player, runner, lives in North Carolina with her family and Boston Terrior, Popeye. Power Up!
MARY BETH LEMOINE, RYT
Mary Beth has been practicing yoga for over 15 years is a 300-hour Certified Yoga Teacher. She is also a Certified Silver Age Yoga Teacher and has completed two certifications in Yoga vs. Osteoporosis, trained under both authors, Dr. Loren Fishman, MD and Ellen Saltonstall. She is a French Language Teacher and Library Media/Instructional Technology Teacher by profession and has served in the Peace Corps three times. Other than mastering a daily regimen of 10,000 steps and teaching a regular Bone Health Yoga class, she loves spending as much time as she can with her two grandchildren. Let’s Go!
MELANIE LANDERS, PT, ATC, CHT, RYT
Melanie brings a wealth of experience. She has practiced as a Physical Therapist for over 20 years, and is also a Certified Hand Therapist, Athletic Trainer, RYT200, & a Yoga vs Osteoporosis Certified Instructor. Melanie serves as the Program Director for iPIVOT-now. Her clients and members love her teaching style, cues, and caring sweet nature. Melanie enjoys hiking and running and lives in Atlanta with her family and dog Gloria. As she often says, YOU CAN do this!
