Each participant gains simple techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety in real life. It is also an opportunity for community with others in a similar job role. Often, participants may enter as strangers, and finish with new friends.

Gaining clarity into what you want, coupled with establishing your guiding beacons, your values, helps you crystallize your life vision. This series is action-oriented focusing on helping you achieve your 90-day goal within the Wellness Wheel. It is work. Leveraging neuroplasticity and your previous learnings, this series is supported by accountability, honesty and authenticity, and some iPIVOT fun, to get you cruising with your newly developed habits.
